At Precious Healing Hair Care, we are committed to providing you the best experience possible. We will try to accommodate any reasonable request prior to the order shipping.

Processing takes 2-3 business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Express Shipping Orders are 2 to 3 Business Days.

Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location.

Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 5-7 Business days depending on your location.

International Shipping is 7-10 Business days depending on your location.

All packages delivery is with FedEx and USPS. Business days are Monday-Friday.

WE ASK YOU KEEP YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS THE SAME. WE DO NOT SHIP T0 P.O BOXES. MAKE SURE YOU'RE ENTERING IN THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS THAT'S ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD. IF YOU DON'T ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS YOUR CARD WON'T PROCESS THE PAYMENT. IF YOU SEE A PENDING TRANSACTION ON YOUR CARD AFTER BEING DECLINED IT WILL FALL OFF AND IT'S ONLY SHOWING YOU ATTEMPTED TO MAKE THE TRANSACTION.

After receiving a tracking email, shipping activity will become available after 24 hours. Your tracking number will come to your email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders please contact customer service at 501-221-6776.

To insure a quick delivery, all orders are processed daily. So orders cannot to be altered or changed once your payment is complete.

Yes, you can make an exchange within SEVEN (7) DAYS. The Precious Hair seal MUST NOT be broken! The hair MUST be unwrapped, uncombed, not brushed, no fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange! If the hair is altered, we will return the hair back to you.

All Sales are final on custom coloring.
